To promote the ideals of academic achievement, character, service and leadership among elementary and secondary school students.

REQUIREMENTS
Academics:
- 85 or above average
- A/B honor roll
- No office referrals
Behavioral:
- Abide by school policy
- Uphold a positive attitude at all times
- Understand that being honest is necessary to form good character.
Character:
- Members must be involved in school/community functions.
- Work in cooperation with fellow members, other students, and our community in a friendly helpful manner.
